Nutritional snacks: Time for a Break

Children will be provided with cereal and fruit in the morning and a substantial nutritional snack in the afternoon, with either milk or water available throughout the sessions.

The rolling 2-week menu is emailed to parents at the start of the academic year and is revised regularly with input from the children.

The snacks consist of:

    • a carbohydrate element – wraps/bagels/pancakes etc;
    • a protein element – ham/cheese/hummus etc;
  • and fresh or dried fruits and vegetables.
