Communication: Working with Parents

We believe that open communication with parents, is an essential part of the success of our service.

We welcome  and elicit feedback formally from parents and children using electronic surveys, and have dedicated email and telephone lines for each setting.

Upon registering your child you will receive:

  • Welcome packs for parent and child.
  • Snack menu.

Feedback. We seek feedback from parents and the children on at least an annual basis.  This information is collated and emailedtp parents together with the action points arising from it.
